Arrange gift items such as hampers, balloons, and preserved flowers for customer’s order. Pay attention to details, ensuring that the packaging or the final item is aesthetically pleasing and matches the overall theme and occasion.
- Assemble gift arrangements with care and precision, arranging products in an aesthetically pleasing and harmonious manner. Utilize artistic techniques and attention to detail to create visually stunning and cohesive gift designs.
- Offer customization options for gifts, such as personalized messages, monograms, or engraved items. Pay attention to specific customer requests and ensure accurate execution of personalized elements in each gift.
- Maintain a high standard of quality in all aspects of gift creation, ensuring that products are in excellent condition, properly assembled, and beautifully presented. Perform quality checks to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Track and manage inventory of gift items, packaging materials, and related supplies. Coordinate with team lead or managers to maintain stock levels, and ensure the availability of necessary materials.
- Perform floral/gifts arrangements according to the production schedules.
- Ensure floral arrangements, control and standards for each product are according to the company quality standards and client's requirements.
- Maintain inventories of materials, equipment and products.
- Assess project and resource requirements.
- Create and change in-store and window displays, designs, and looks to enhance a shop's image.
- Water the plants, cut, condition, and clean flowers and foliage for storage.
- Unpack stocks upon receiving into the shop.
- Perform general cleaning duties to ensure the shop is clean and tidy.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee/ supervisor.

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 per month
