Responsibilities Responsible for the receipt, inventory, registration, distribution, filing and management of all drawings of the project Collect and organize all technical changes, negotiation records, meeting minutes and other materials during the construction process and file them Responsible for filling in, countersigning, organizing, submitting and archiving project filing materials Supervise and inspect the preparation and management of the construction data of the construction unit, so that the preparation of the data is complete and timely, and synchronized with the progress of the project Assist engineering and technical personnel to properly keep construction technical materials (including equipment entry, unpacking materials, etc.) Responsible for summarizing and reporting the completion of the output value of the construction site, and regularly compiling construction statistical reports Responsible for file management of various contracts of the project Establish a good cooperative relationship with supervisor, and complete the signing and filing of engineering data in a timely manner Complete other tasks assigned by the manager Requirements and skills Good communication skills. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in equivalent. Language - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (able to converse in mandarin will be an added advantage)
