**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibility of IT support queries that come from end-user
- Must be team focused and be able to communicate with colleagues for support and offer advice.
- Provide IT support to all aspects of the business via our phone and ticket systems and be able to log detailed but concise information about each ticket.
- Proactively monitor, fault tracking and problem management to ensure optimum service availability.
- Assist the broader IT teams with the preparation of hardware/software for implementation.
- Write and update technical documentation to ensure the team is kept up to date with knowledge.
- Own end user tickets right through to resolution.

Requirement:

- Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. (Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of Networks (TCP/ IP, WAN, LAN, ADSL, VPN).
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP etc.
- Experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
