**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Job Summary**:As an Accounts Executive in our security company, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Leveraging your educational background and accounting expertise, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the financial planning and reporting processes.

**Responsibilities**:
**Bookkeeping and Financial Records**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

**Accounts Payable**:Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy.

**Accounts Receivable**:Generate and send out invoices to clients.
Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.

**Financial Reporting**:Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Provide financial information to management for decision-making.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**:Contribute to the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted targets.

**Bank Reconciliation**:Reconcile bank statements to the general ledger.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

**Expense Management**:Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Analyze and report on variances in expenses.

**Compliance and Audit Support**:Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: RM1,698.33 - RM4,023.12 per month
