Chargeman A4

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES-CHARGEMAN A4**

1. Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire-fighting, plumbing, sewerage, refrigeration, HVAC and other mechanical & electrical services of the facility.

2. Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH, SYABAS, JKKP and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.

3. Manage the operations and maintenance of the facility through self-delivered teams and specialist sub-contractors.

4. Plan and perform preventive maintenance & reactive/corrective maintenance work to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failures, either through internal teams or subcontractors.

5. Perform reactive and corrective maintenance during power failures or equipment breakdown.

6. Attend to all power, equipment and machine failure and rectify accordingly.

7. Ensure installations are safe and legal.

8. Lead and supervise the work of Facilities Management team and subcontractors and ensure good operations and maintenance practices are always maintained.

9. Ensure all statutory regulations are complied with as part of their duties.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Georgetown: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Electrical wiring: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- A4 Chargeman (preferred)
