**Responsibilities**
- Provide tooling technical leadership in MFO manufacturing line, developing process and tooling capability for better quality, throughput, and cycle time.
- Initiate and implement modification projects on equipment reliability.
- Ensure process and tooling uptime and availability meeting cost, quality, and schedule.
- Maintain product quality, tooling update and process yield.
- Response to prolong tooling issues (yield/quality) occurring in the production floor.
- Own curatorship for Maintenance documents.

**Education and Experience Required**:

- Typically an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of experience.
- May include highly experienced individuals performing higher level or equivalent work who are non
- degreed or degreed in an unrelated field.
- High level of flexibility
- Able to work in shift pattern depending on business needs.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Working knowledge in the field of electromechanical technology and software.
- Effective leadership on planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Independent and self-driven.
- Quick learner with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong teamwork and ability to collaborate at cross site/function team.
- Able to work well under stress and perform multitasking.
- Proactive, innovative, and self-motivating characters.
