**Responsibilities**:
- Perform daily inspection on all the services and fittings of the common area and to ensure that they are fictional.
- Check and propose rectification work for major services, defects in the place
- Attend to all occupant complaint, emergency call, request for maintenance works and prepare necessary report
- To assist superior to inspect and monitor renovation work comply with drawing and layout.
- Monitor and keep track that service contractor and builder works comply with requirement and follow up monthly service.
- Propose and discuss method to prevent constant breakdown pertaining to plumbing and electrical works
- Develop and maintain good rapport with occupants
- Implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system
- Monitor and keep track that service contractor and builder works comply with requirement and follow up monthly service.
- To handle any ad-hoc task such as unclog toilet, painting works and hands-on task.
- To assist superior on hand overviewing of premises.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in property management.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- In-depth understanding of electrical regulations, construction, materials, and industry
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal property and safety regulations
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wangsa Maju: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
