IT Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

- Possess strong spoken English abilities and be capable of direct communication with clients in English.
- Maintain effective communication with product managers and other development teams, providing rationalized suggestions for product requirements and ensuring smooth progress of development tasks according to plans.
- Responsible for pre-sales and post-sales technical support for standard products.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, telecommunications, electronics, automation, or related fields.
- Solid foundation in Java, with understanding of Servlets and JVM principles, and the ability to complete module design and development.
- Proficient in using open-source frameworks such as Spring, SpringBoot, SpringCloud, and MyBatis.
- Familiar with MySQL database, skilled in using SQL statements, with a deep understanding of database transactions, locks, and indexes.
- Thorough understanding of distributed software architecture concepts, familiar with object-oriented thinking and development processes, and knowledgeable about relevant modeling tools.
- Proficient in backend technologies and capable of making technical selections based on business scenarios, such as load balancing, elastic scaling, microservices, caching, distributed storage, distributed transactions, message middleware, and RPC frameworks.
- Familiarity with mainstream SaaS/PaaS platforms, storage, and computing engineering architectures will be preferred.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
