During your **Placement**, you will be challenged to use your talents and academic knowledge to add value to the bank and improve your professional and personal skills. You will receive practical training to complement your academic studies, embedding our values while growing your career. You will benefit from building your skills and banking knowledge in a real working environment, and will be provided opportunities to take on responsibilities in a selection of interesting projects.

We are looking for intern to join our team to help the team to maintaining operational continuity during transition process.
- **Data and reporting**: You will be preparing data or reports on to support channel to achieve the business performance. Help monitor incentive performance and provide regular reports on key metrics and outcomes. You will be responsible for collecting the necessary information, such as sales or performance data, to determine the eligible participants and their corresponding payouts. Attention to detail and accuracy will be crucial in this process.
- **Incentive system**: Learn about incentive system. Gain proficiency in analyzing data related to the incentive system. This may involve working with spreadsheets or data analysis tools to track and evaluate individual and team performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
- **Collaborating with cross-functional teams**: You will collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization. This may involve attending meetings, providing updates, and assisting with communication efforts related to incentives.
- You may be assigned ad hoc tasks to support the overall function and objectives of the incentive team. This could include assisting with process improvements, benchmarking exercises, or other related initiatives.
Requirements

To be eligible for a place in the programme, you must be an undergraduate student studying in any discipline with **availability to work full time from March/ April 2024 for a minimum duration of 10 to 12 weeks.**

You must possess:

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
