Factory Technician

**Requirement**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HVAC, DI water system, building maintenance or equivalent.
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Preferably senior technician specializing in health supplement or pharma industry.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Able to maintain and troubleshooting problems on the machines, preventive maintenance and building facilities.
- Able to communicate, reading and writing in English and Malay.
- Must be well-organized and have to the ability to prioritize task.

**Responsibilities**:

- To perform mechanical skills on diagnosing problems, replace or repair parts, testing, setting and make adjustments on machines, utilities and plant facilities.
- To ensure all utilities and machines are well maintain and service as per schedule.
- To schedule and record the preventative machine in the production area.
- To support and perform office facilities maintenance and repair services.
- To monitor and maintain the purified water system, HVAC system, compressed air system and so on.
- To operate the machine and conduct training to production staff for operation and cleaning the machine.
- To communicate and feedback to superior issues on the machine, troubleshoot problems and concern corrective action.
- To liaise with external suppliers/contractors to maintain and service the machines, utilities and plant facilities.
- To maintain safety and cleanliness of the machine and keep updated availability of the spare parts.
- To work closely with production, QA/QC and related department to meets customer and audits requirement.
- To undertake any other jobs as assigned by the superior or Management of the company from time to time.
