Primary Mathematics Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging mathematics lessons that cater to the needs of primary students, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Utilize various teaching methods, resources, and technologies to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and implement strategies to support individual learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing updates on student progress, areas of improvement, and addressing any concerns.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in mathematics education and integrate innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction.
- To attend staff meetings, training, development sessions and parent-teacher meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics or related field. A teaching certification is preferred.
- Well versed in the Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics syllabus would be an added advantage.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills

- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Approachable and able to maintain good relationships with students and colleagues.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
