Ensure that routine inspections and maintenance of electrical distribution systems meet the criteria for safe and dependable operation.
- Supervise the maintenance activities of switchgear, transformers, power generators, and electrical control systems.
- Execute electrical isolation procedures.
- Manage and implement load management and shielding practices.
- Execute switching activities within the power distribution system.
- Provide comprehensive electrical safety training to both operations and maintenance personnel.
- Verify the proper functioning and calibration of electrical measuring and billing systems.
- Guarantee the timely renewal of all electrical licenses.
- Secure adequate vendor and contractor support.
- Define and implement preventive maintenance activities, ensuring their thorough execution.
- Develop, budget, plan, and execute corrective maintenance actions resulting from failures, preventive measures, and predictive maintenance.
- Formulate the scope of work for major turnarounds and ensure the availability of necessary materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and obtain required approvals.
- Implement corrective actions identified through audits and root cause failure analyses.
- Update and maintain as-built drawings.
- Develop and execute contingency plans in case of emergencies.
- Conduct root cause failure analyses for all electrical system-related trips or failures.
- Report the completion of corrective actions from audits, root cause analyses, repair cost reports, alerts, and directives in the reporting platform.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of hands-on working experience in Electrical maintenance and operations.
- Certified Chargeman BO.
- Has experience handling high voltage systems.
