Internship - Marketing

**Purpose of the role**:
Social media has become the go-to channel for customer care, content curation and branding for modern businesses. There’s a reason why keen attention to details to our company’s social accounts is a top priority. As a result, Social Media intern is vital for our brand’s social media effort.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content creation
- writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials and material for social media channel
- Social media marketing
- creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other strategically relevant online properties
- Customer relations
- responsible for customer support
- answering questions however they come in (eg: social media) and managing any online feedback forums if any

**Desired Skills, Experience & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferable Insurance) or any equivalent
- Internship duration between 3 months - 6 months depending on University's/Institute's requirements.
- Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM400.00 per month
