- Organize and manage video footage and assets to ensure efficient workflow and repository management.
- Design and implement engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance viewer engagement and convey complex ideas simply.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in video editing and social media to inform content strategies and visual styles.
- Manage the uploading of videos to respective platforms, including optimizing video titles, tags, and descriptions.
- Proactively seek opportunities to refine video editing techniques and processes for continuous improvement of video content quality.

**; Requirements**:
- Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Capcut).
- Versatility in adapting to evolving content strategies and creative direction, with a willingness to explore new video formats.
- A strong editorial eye for identifying compelling story elements that increase engagement and viewer retention.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative ideas and incorporate feedback.
