**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Interpret engineering drawing and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing(GD&T)
- To execute the machining operation as per routing
- To machine the part as per engineering drawing
- To perform set up and operate multiple types of CNC machine. (Mazak, HBM, WFL, VTC, Okuma)
- Able to operate 2 or more machines simultaneously (1 man 2 or 3 machines).
- Participate in product value stream lead time & product cost reduction program.
- Actively lead the shop improvements via employee suggestion program, minimum 4 suggestions per year.
- Actively participate in plant’s safety / quality initiative (First Aid, Fire Squad etc.)
- Monitor machining parameter and feedback to programmer if necessary
- Perform dimension inspection
- Perform fixture, tool and part set up
- Maintain the good housekeeping at workplace
- Report all daily activities via MII Systems
- Wearing required PPE while doing the work
- Comply to all HSSE requirement
- To provide assistance to superior whenever required

**Qualification and Education Requirement**
- Minimum 5 years hand on experience in operating CNC milling/turning machine in heavy duty industry or in Oil & Gas.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
