**Job Scope**:

- Collaborate with the team to create high-quality skeletons or rigs for 3D characters and objects. Develop expertise in the use of rigging tools and techniques to ensure accurate and realistic deformations.
- To help build animation-friendly rigs that allow for smooth and efficient animation workflows.
- Ensure that character movements are fluid, natural, glitch-free, and believable. Fine-tune the rig to achieve realistic deformations and enhance the overall quality of character animation.
- Work closely with senior 3D rigging artist, concept artists, modelers, and animators to understand and interpret their requirements. Collaborate effectively to ensure that the physical attributes and movements of characters align with the artistic vision and project goals.
- Embrace a culture of continuous learning and personal growth. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools related to 3D rigging and animation. Seek opportunities to expand your skill set and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of 3D rigging techniques and Blender software.
- Understanding of character anatomy, deformation principles, and weight distribution.
- Familiarity with animation principles and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively work within a team environment.

**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
