**Position : Steward**
- Overall task is to maintain the kitchen cleaning equipment, tools including the dish washer and to ensure the cleanliness of staff cafeteria and coffee house kitchen cleanliness.
- To ensure sufficient cleaned dishes eg. plates, cups, utensils especially during meal hours.
- To wash and disinfect all areas of kitchens - floor, foods tray, kitchen equipment /utensils, clearing of daily rubbish bin
- To perform other task as and when required by Management
