Apprentice (Polishing)

Work in accordance with safety standard operating procedure 按照安全操作规范作业；
- Perform inspection and maintenance for polishing equipment (polisher, ultrasound) 省模抛光设备（打磨机、超声波）的点检与保养；
- Execute work according to process requirement and polishing requirement from fitter, accomplish polishing work for new mould and mould modification parts, ensure qualified quality 按照工艺要求及钳工的省模标示执行，完成新模、修改模模具零件省模工作，并确保品质合格；
- Accomplish electrode polishing work according to EDM requirements 按照电极制造工艺要求完成电极的省模工作；
- Arrange workpiece according to PMC production schedule plan 依PMC的排产计划，排配工件；
- Work in accordance with polishing tolerance standard of workpiece and electrode 按照工件及电极的省模公差标准作业；
- Conduct SAP timesheet after accomplishing polishing 省模完成后的报工（SAP）；
- Create workpiece processing record in accordance with company requirements 按公司要求严格做出工件加工记录；
- Execute tasks arranged by department supervisor 执行部门主管的工作安排；

Accomplish ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior 完成领导临时布置的工作。

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
