1) To contact & remind customer on their interval services. 2) To assist customers in setting appointments. 3) To attend, advise & explain to customers on what should be done to their vehicle to maintain good performance, 4) To work closely with Technicians ensuring smooth daily operation. 5) Arrangement of service & repair works for technicians. 6) To update service reports. 7) To create invoices and receive payments. 8) To maintain good rapport with customers ensuring good brand image. 9) Ad hoc tasks (if needed).
