**ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN CLERK**

**(Full-time)**

RM2,500 - RM4,000 per month

(Permanent)

**Requirements**:
1. Must possess at least a Diploma in Account/Finance and a minimum 3 years working experience in Accounts/Finance field.

2. Possess at least 3 years of administration-role working experience.

3. Must be able to work with mínimal supervision on daily tasks and complete tasks within deadlines.

4. Possess good working attitude and interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Experienced and well-versed in using ERP software i.e. ECount/SAP/Quickbooks/etc.

6. Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filing procedures.

7. Must be fluent in English and Malay languages.

8. Willing to work overtime, weekends, public holidays, and when required.

9. Preferably able to start work almost immediately or in short notice.

**Tasks/Responsibilities**:
1. Assisting with day-to-day general accounting and admin work.

2. Prepare and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.

3. Maintain organized and accurate records of financial transactions, HR payroll data, and other relevant documents.

4. Assisting with the company’s accounts payable and receivable.

5. Sending bills and invoices to clients/suppliers.

6. Ensure company’s invoices and payments match up correctly by cross-checking the original document to the company’s record.

7. Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for documents and records.

8. Handle payroll tasks, including processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

9. Perform other work-related duties as and when required by the company.
