To establish, improving, maintaining and monitoring production system efficiency.
- Production on line support regarding on system issue/Incident reported
- Production on line support regarding on hardware failure
- Implementation and configuration regarding system
- Installation of hardware with organized
- Communicate within team member and user
- Issue/Incident logging
- Perform any other ad-hoc duty/task assigned by Superior

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above.
- Experience in user, server and network supports.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
