In order to serve the technology needs of the entire AIA group of companies, we had established in 1994 a wholly owned technology services subsidiary in Guangzhou, China. Over the past 28 years, we have grown our headcount to more than 2,500 technology professionals and expanded our presence across China to Beijing, Guangzhou and Chengdu. We are extremely excited to most recently include Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as our newest technology services centre which represents our first technology centre established outside of China.

Job Requirements:

- Good ability to translate business requirements & needs into functional specification.
- Able to understand as well as explain business scenarios to oversea business users and technical teams.
- Insurance industry working experience will be a big advantage.
- Working experience with program coding or functional testing will be nice to have but not mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to use Axure to prepare prototype is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server.
- Bachelor or above degree in IT or Computer Science related.
- Ability to use JIRA, Confluence to manage requirement documents and tasks during the daily work.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word etc.
- 3~5 years working experience as Business Analyst role.
- Basic knowledge of Waterfall or Agile project management is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Engaging and working closely with stakeholders in order to understand and gather Indonesian business users’ requirements.

2. Support user to prepare business requirement documents.

3. Fully understand, analyze and requirement translate to tech team to develop functional prototypes and wireframes.

4. Prepare business requirement documents and function design documents.

5. Work with project team to support UAT testing.

6. Assist project manager and team leader on task / project management.

7. Prepare user manual and support user training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
