2. GREET CUSTOMER AS THE ENTER THE RESTAURANT.

3. TAKE CUSTOMER ORDERS.

4. SERVE FOOD & DRINK TO CUSTOMERS

5. CLEAN TABLES AND TOILETS AFTER CUSTOMERS USE

6. INVITE CUSTOMER BACK

7. BE HOSPITABLE TO ALL CUSTOMER KITCHEN CREW.

8. MAINTAIN KITCHEN AREA CLEANLINESS

9. PREPARE ALL FOODSTUFF FOR CHEF TO COOK.

10. ASSIST CHEF IN PREPARATION OF FOOD

11. ENSURE FOOD IS RECEIVED, STORED AND PREPARED PROPERLY
