Klang, Malaysia IDEAL QUALITY SDN BHD PLANT 3 (SUBSIDIARIES OF KOSSAN GROUP) Full time

Duties & Responsibility:
1) Plan and execute Periodic Safety Audits and Inspections.
2) Perform routine inspections of plant and equipment to identify and report unsafe conditions for corrective action.
3) Investigate near miss accidents, dangerous occurrences, accidents, occupational illnesses, and poisonings.
4) Maintain accident investigation reports, conduct analysis, and keep statistics and records, prepare and submit accident reports to DOSH
5) Liaise with Governmental Departments regarding safety, health matters.
6) Check and maintain first aid system, equipment, and contents requirements as well as fire-fighting equipment systems.
7) Plan, maintain, and verify all safety signage requirements
8) Coordinate and monitor safety and health requirements for employees, contractors (PTW), and suppliers
9) Control and plan all PPE requirements, issuance, training, and record-keeping.
12) Monitor progress of safety corrective actions and maintain reports.
13) Coordinate and implement ISO45000 standards.
14) To maintain and manage document for legal requirement and HIRARC
15) Perform any other safety and health-related activities as required by management.

Job Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Possession of a Green book is preferred.
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of OSH Act and Regulations and ISO 45001

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
