Technician - Hvac

**Requirements**
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin.
- Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) certificate or Diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Preferably at least 1-2 years experienced in Air Conditioning System service and maintenance job.
- Required Skill(s): Basic electronic/electrical knowledge
- General maintenance service, troubleshooting machinery problems.
- Positive attitudes and willing to learn.
- Responsible on job schedule given.
- Expected Start Date: Start immediately
- Location: Puchong
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays.

**Responsibility**
- Responsible for service, inspect, troubleshoot, preventive maintenance, installation of HVAC system likes FCU, ACSU, AHU, WCPU, VRV/VRF, Cooling Tower, Chiller, CHWP, CWP & Ventilation systems.
- Repair or replace defective components, such as compressors, motors, belting, fans, and electrical wiring, to restore system functionality.
- Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including equipment maintenance, organization of tools, repairs, and service reports.
- Interact with clients professionally, explain repair or maintenance procedures, and provide recommendations for system improvements or upgrades.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
- High sense of responsibility, highly disciplined person, punctual, meticulous on job assigned.
- Able to work individually or in team.
