**JOB SCOPE**

To provide effective and excellent nursing care to all customers in order to meet their expectations and needs in line with our organization vision and mission.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. Providing excellent and safe nursing care to customers in order to meet customer’s expectation.
- Attended to customers promptly.
- Ensure safe practice and environment. Strictly adhere to standard precaution for falls and policies for infection control and communicable diseases such as covid 19.
- Proper handling property and equipment, ensure valid PPM. Report if have any faulty and issue.

2. Manage the center efficiently and ensure carry out daily operational duties effectively. Anticipate and reported any potential risk to ensure smooth and safe environment.
- Performing nursing care services according to standard operating policies.
- Complete assigned task timely and effectively.
- Managing resources to achieve optimum productivity.
- Practice effective communication with all personal involved to ensure provide best clinical care for customers and promote healthy and happy working environment.

3. Maintain professionalism and ethics.
- Ensure effective communication and handle every situation professionally and strictly adhere to company policy.
- Effectively hand over duties and responsibilities during changing shift

4. Responsible for own development and contribute to quality improvement of the center.
- Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board
- Recognize the need to grow and attend job related courses / talk to enhance own knowledge
- Ensure maintain valid annual practicing certificate.
- Help in improvement of center and service quality.

5. Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff in the center to ensure high quality of care is provided at all times.
- Provide orientation to new staff.
- Supervise the junior staff.
- Leading the team and support the operation.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
