**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products.
- Provide product knowledge to customers and answer any questions they may have.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering suggestions and recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Upsell products and promote current promotions and sales to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional service.
- Stay informed about new products and trends in the industry to better assist customers.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
