**Food Preparation**: Assist in preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food quality and consistency by following precise cooking techniques.
- **Section Management**: Support the Chef de Partie in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen section, including mise en place, cooking, and plating.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Ensure compliance with health regulations and kitchen protocols.
- **Inventory and Stock**: Assist in managing stock levels and ordering supplies as needed. Monitor and maintain ingredient freshness and availability.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination and efficient service. Communicate effectively with team members and provide support when needed.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge. Mentor junior kitchen staff and assist in their training.
- **Innovation and Creativity**: Contribute to menu development and the creation of new dishes. Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to enhance the dining experience.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality and presentation of dishes before they are served to guests. Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment according to safety guidelines. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Chef de Partie.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
