**Responsibilities**:
1. Calendar Management: You will efficiently handle the director's calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Your goal will be to ensure that all commitments are well-organized and occur on time.

2. Accompanying the Director: You'll accompany the director on trips, visits, and meetings when needed. Your role will involve providing support and coordination on the go.

4. Travel Coordination: Your responsibility will include arranging travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. It's important to ensure that all travel details are well-planned, especially for frequent trips to Cameron Highlands. You should also be ready to handle any changes to travel plans effectively.

5. Task Prioritization: You will assist in prioritizing tasks and managing daily to-do lists. Your role requires tracking deadlines and ensuring that projects are progressing as planned.

6. Documentation: You will be responsible for preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations. Additionally, you'll maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents.

7. Meeting Support: Your role will involve atending meetings, taking accurate minutes, and distributing them to relevant parties. Following up on action items to ensure completion will also be part of your responsibilities.

8. Research: Conducting research on various topics, compiling information, and presenting findings concisely will be one of your tasks.

9. Personal Errands: You will assist with personal tasks, such as gift shopping, reservations, and other personal arrangements as needed.

10. Car and Travel: As part of this role, you should have your own car and the ability to drive. There might be occasional weekend work for project visits, and you'll frequently travel to Cameron Highlands. Effective coordination and planning for these trips will be necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Experience: Having proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Education: A diploma or higher qualification is required.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
