Compile and update a comprehensive database of raw materials quality, standard manufacturing processes, finished products testing and pre-delivery inspection for review by Factory Manager.
- Inform and highlight to the Factory Manager for any in-process non-conformance for immediate action.
- Identify and segregate of non-conforming products detected during testing or inspection.
- Attend customer complaints and provide feedback to factory.
- To assist the QA/QC Manager and Engineer on documentation for ISO standards and Certification.
- To assist in monitoring the quality of works, inspection of works, ITP, in compliance with Quality Management System.
- To ensure all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, procedures, work instructions.
- Prepare production QC checklist.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instruction as relevant and requirement by the management system.
- Final check on product quality before deliver to customer.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Management.
