**Job Title**: Account Receivable Executive

**Reports to**: Finance Manager

**Job Purpose**:
The Finance Clerk will be responsible for providing support to the Finance Manager in the day-to-day financial operations of the Logistics company. This will include maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budget preparation and forecasting.
- **Salary Range**: RM1500-RM1800
- **Working days**: Mon-Fri
- **Working time**: 8.30am-5.30pm
- **Contract** : 3 months ( (After 3 months will be convert as permanent )
- **Location**: Taman Sentosa, Klang

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain accurate financial records**: The Finance Clerk will be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the company's accounting system. This will include processing invoices, receipts, and payments, and reconciling bank statements and accounts.
- **Process invoices and payments**: The Finance Clerk will be responsible for processing all supplier invoices and ensuring that they are paid in a timely manner. This will involve liaising with the procurement and operations teams to ensure that all invoices are authorized and processed correctly.
- P**repare financial reports**: The Finance Clerk will be responsible for preparing regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. These reports will be used to inform senior management of the company's financial performance and to assist with decision-making.
- **Assist with budget preparation and forecasting**:The Finance Clerk will work with the Finance Manager to prepare annual budgets and forecasts. This will involve gathering financial data from various departments within the company and analyzing trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- **Perform other duties as assigned**: The Finance Clerk may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager to support the financial operations of the Logistics company.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education level of SPM or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP) would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in the field of finance

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
