CNC Milling

1. Responsible in handling the CNC Turning Milling Programmer section. 2. Ensure that all CNC machines operate on the correct program and selection of cutting tools. 3. Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, cutting and milling. 4. Connect the CAM program created and run on the CNC machine. 5. Program modifications must be made using the control panel on the machine. 6. Make machining processes such as : Cutting raw materials such as iron according to the desired specifications to produce high quality products. - Making threading/slotting/squreing on the iron surface or the required workpiece. 7. Make 2D programming on the CNC machine without using CAM software if needed to save time. 8. Ensure that the CAM program made by the Cad/Cam department is correct and can run the CNC machine in a shorter time but with high quality and quality. 9. Create and design products in 3D form and provide DNC programs for CAD/CAM machines. 10. Always make reports and send further processes to the department head and do machine maintenance. 11. Knowledgeable in using MS office suites, MRP, internet. In addition, 3D and CAM software, G-code, Fanuc controller, part nesting and NC equipment operation. 12. Create and produce product images in 3D form on the computer. In this way, we do not need to get the product through the machining process, thereby reducing labor and saving time. Therefore, it can increase the competitiveness of the company. 13. Make relevant analysis for the development of machines, tools and software used for quality improvement. 14. Provide training to local workers who are less skilled about CNC Turning Milling Programmer.
