**ACCOUNTABILITY**
- Develop and update systems to make them more efficient.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office included HR task (shop and warehouse), filing, receiving, stock take, documentation (report, marketing promotion and etc.)
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Update of all business and operating licenses for the outlet
- Handle pantry and stationery purchase
- Assist / back up forwarding declaration
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 1 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Competency in Information, Communications and Technology
- Good computer literacy
- Have excellence writing letter skill in Bahasa and English

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
