Telesales Executive

Salary Package: Basic (RM 2300 - RM 3000) + Commission + Parking Allowance

Working location: Mont Kiara, KL

Working Hours: Rotation basis included weekend & public Holiday
- (2 Shifts: 9am - 6pm & 12pm - 9 pm)
- 2 weeks - 5 working days, 2 weeks - 6 working days

Contract position and 1 year renewable. Good performance will be converted to permanent staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
- Manage / store customer information on the company system
- Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales
- Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed

**Job requirements**:

- Language Required**:Mandarin & Malay**:

- Min SPM graduated with at least 3 months of Telesales experience (making sales via call out) and Fresh Graduate are most welcome.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mont Kiara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
