Your internship will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with their vehicle warranties. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to process improvements, we welcome you to join our team
- Maintain accurate and updated records of vehicle warranties in our database.
- Regularly review and audit warranty data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Support the processing of automotive warranty claims.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for efficient claims resolution.
- Track and update the status of warranty claims to keep customers informed.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive warranty coverage and claim status.
- Assist in drafting and disseminating warranty-related communications to customers.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address and resolve automotive warranty issues effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Automotive Engineering, Business, Operations Management).
- No work experience required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

**Duration**

Minimum 3 months of internship period.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
