**Content Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the overall marketing goals and brand positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful content plans.
- Tailor content to specific target audiences, taking into consideration their interests, needs, and preferences.

**Content Creation**:

- Produce engaging and informative content for diverse channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, social media posts, newsletters, and website copy.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- 为各种渠道制作引人入胜和富有信息的内容，包括博客文章、白皮书、电子书、社交媒体帖子、新闻简报和网站文案。
- 确保所有内容在品牌上保持一致，风格、质量和语调方面保持一致，并为搜索引擎（SEO）进行优化。

**Content Distribution**:

- Coordinate the distribution of content across various marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage SEO and SEM strategies for content visibility.

**Audience Engagement**:

- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to increase audience engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for differentiation.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the design team to ensure visual elements complement and enhance written content.
- Work closely with other country content creator to develop a eye catching content and stay update to the latest trend in other regions.

- 与专业领域专家和利益相关者合作，收集内容创作的信息和见解。
- 与其他国家的内容创作者密切合作，共同开发引人注目的内容，并及时了解其他地区的最新趋势。

**Qualification & Education Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years of writing experience.
- Experience working with design teams.
- Solid knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) practices to optimize content for better online visibility.
- Proficient in content management systems and other relevant marketing tools.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, 小红书, Landing Page, Newsletter).
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples across different formats (e.g., blog posts, social media content, website copy, advertisements)
- Deep understanding of B2B/B2C markets.
- Experienced in creating content related to Sustainability (SDGs), Social Impact, Company Branding, Capital Markets, Education, Finance, Corporate Settings, and Social Issues.
- Proficient in writing, proofreading, and editing (ENGLISH and MANDARIN) is Mandatory.
