IT Executive

**Primary Job Responsibilities**:
1. Manage day-to-day IT support and system administration within the company.

2. Handle coding and programming tasks.

3. Collaborate with external IT consultants to implement new systems and address any issues.

5. Participate in installations, configurations, administration, upgrades, and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

6. Contribute to the implementation of short-term and long-term IT solutions aligned with organizational needs.

7. Aid in optimizing technology resources and recommend future technology directions and initiatives.

8. Conduct regular system health checks and audits to ensure adherence to guidelines.

9. Prepare activity reports based on investigations and diagnostic testing.

10. Manage routine server tasks such as backup, recovery, and maintenance.

12. Resolve technical problems, including desktop viruses, software deployments, server and desktop hardware issues, and software problems.

13. Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in front-end UI development.
- Competent in React JS programming language.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, presentation skills, analytic problem-solving abilities, result-focused, and committed to continuous learning.
- Effective in planning, time management, and multitasking.
- Bonus if able to showcase past front-end project experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT Executive: 2 years (preferred)
- front end UI development: 2 years (preferred)
- React JS programming language: 1 year (preferred)
