MUST HAVE DEGREE IN ANY RELATED SCIENCE FIELD

PREFERRED MALE

1. To conduct all tests according to work procedures and standard methods so that accurate test data are produced that reflects actual status of treatment plant performance.

2. To maintain all test equipment in good working order to ensure minimum disruption in testing so that productivity is optimized at all time.

3. To process raw test data on time so that status of treatment plants performance can be regularly updated to enable unit offices to operate and maintain treatment plants efficiently.

4. To ensure health and safety is practiced in daily routine so as to ensure the well-being of self and co-workers by following safe work methods as well as complies with regulatory requirements.

5. To ensure timely return of clean sampling bottles to unit office so that samples are collected as scheduled in order to meet sampling frequencies required by IWK and regulators.

6. To ensure there is continuous supply of chemical reagents for testing. In the end, the onus is on him/her to inform Lab Chemist and/or Lab Manager if stock is depleting.

7. To maintain/support the implementation of QMS, EMS and OSHMS as Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and other ISO Systems that has been accredited to the company in ensuring complying/conforming to the requirements.

8. To carry out tasks or activities that are directly or indirectly related to testing if the need arise or as assigned by Laboratory Manager/superior from time to time.
