Kopi Saigon Video Editor (Malaysia)

Position Overview: As a Video Editor for a Kopi Saigon, you will play a vital role in creating compelling visual content to promote the brand, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales. You will be responsible for editing videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals and seamless storytelling. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will help bring the brand's vision to life through visually captivating videos.

**Responsibilities**:
Video Editing:

- Edit and enhance raw footage to create high-quality videos for digital platforms, including social media, website, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure that videos align with the brand's messaging, visual identity, and target audience.

Storytelling and Scripting:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storylines that effectively communicate the brand's values, products, and promotions.
- Write scripts and create storyboards to guide the video production process.
- Utilize creative techniques to tell compelling stories through visuals and editing.

Brand Consistency:

- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all video content, adhering to the brand's style guidelines and aesthetics.
- Ensure that videos reflect the brand's image and values, enhancing brand recognition and awareness.

Post-Production:

- Color grade videos to enhance visual appeal and create a cohesive look.
- Add special effects or animations as necessary to elevate the video quality.
- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, considering aspect ratios, resolution, and file sizes.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver videos that meet the brand's requirements.
- Effectively communicate project timelines, progress, and any potential issues or challenges.

Video Management:

- Organize and maintain a library of video assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Stay updated with industry trends and video editing techniques, continuously improving skills and exploring innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work creatively within brand guidelines and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics is a plus.
- A passion for coffee culture and familiarity with the coffee industry is desirable.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
