Accounts Supervisor

It is our commitment to offer a wide range of quality and affordable braking system products because ‘Emerald Cares About Your Safety And Life.’ We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Accounts Supervisor to be part of our team, to ensure timely submission, accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data.

**General Responsibility**
- To handle all account payable matters, invoicing and administrative duties.
- Maintain accounting system, internal controls and to ensure adherence to company procedures/policies.
- Responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger including of preparing invoices, credit notes, debit notes, receipts, checking supporting entries, reconciliations, fixed assets management, monitoring credit control and aged collection.
- Maintain proper accounting in compliance with regulatory requirement & accounting standards.
- Assist in annual financial audits.
- Assist in preparing tax analysis and tax computation.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, and other regulatory bodies.
- Have basic knowledge on tax computation.
- Maintaining & daily record keeping and filing of documents.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Account Manager from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Responsible, possess good working attitude, time management skill and can meet deadlines.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required.
- Good command of English both in written and spoken communication.
- Commitment & good work attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
