**SHIFT LEADER**

**Job Function**:
Provides leadership, supervision and coordination on shift management and LIMS management in the day-to-day operation to achieve the daily plan or needed variations while meeting or exceeding safety and environmental regulations and performance goals.

**Shift Management**:

- First Time Valid Rate (FTVR) compliance - Issue Certificate of Quality (COQ) on final products by scrutinizing and verifying of derived data to ensure the integrity of COQ.
- Coordinate activities of day to day analytical services as agreed with customers for safe and smooth lab daily operation.
- Supervising and coordinating sampling, analyses & reporting of results of analyses, communicating and consulting with customers.
- Arranging staff manning such as shift coverage. e) To ensure availability & reliability of critical equipment (96% available, 98% reliability)

1. Minimum 8 - 15 years of experience in supervisory role

2. Diploma in science/engineering/technology OR Certificate from INSTEP

3. Familiar with MSDS (Material Sheet Data Sheet)

4. Zoning Knowledge

5. Familiar with Tools Box Session

6. Efficient in report writing & computer

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
