Client Data Validation - checking client data within system and obtained files to ensure data integrity and accuracy - find and submit missing data to be reprocessed - monitor and inform superior of any issue with client data flow or accuracy.
- Communicate with Other Department ie; Client Servicing Team and ETL team to ensure client issue are forwarded to related PIC and action are taken to resolve any issue.
- Inform direct line supervisor for any issue which require higher management action.
- Process Support - support in various operational processes as needed.

**; Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma
- Able to use Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, etc..)
- English as primary communication medium
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Internship period of minimum 6 months from November 2023 and onwards.
