As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing professional insurance advice and solutions to our clients. This position offers flexibility in working hours and is ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and terms to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Review existing insurance policies and recommend necessary updates or changes
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and claims in a prompt and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and new products/services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with team members and insurance providers to identify opportunities for business growth
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
