Job Description: Fitness Coach

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Fitness Coach to join the MuayFit Kota Kemuning team. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating our members to achieve their health and fitness goals. You will work alongside a professional team to deliver high-quality training and personalized guidance to our members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide effective fitness training in areas such as Muay Thai, boxing, and strength conditioning.
- Collaborate with members to develop personalized training programs, adjusting them based on their goals, abilities, and interests.
- Supervise and instruct members on proper form, technique, and safe exercise practices.
- Offer professional advice and feedback to help members improve their skills and achieve optimal training results.
- Work collaboratively with other coaches and team members to enhance members' fitness experience and outcomes.
- Build positive relationships with members, offering support, encouragement, and motivation to help them stay motivated and committed to their training.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and scientific knowledge to enhance your professional expertise.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions, sharing experiences and knowledge to contribute to the team's development and success.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant education or certification in the fitness and health field (e.g., exercise science, personal training).
- Extensive experience and knowledge in areas such as Muay Thai, boxing, or strength conditioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with members.
- Passion for fitness and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with other coaches and team members to achieve shared goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage personal scheduling and meet members' needs.
- CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
