To maintain company staffs and workers personal record and documents accordingly. Provide general information to staff, clients, or the public. Type, format, or edit routine memos or other reports. Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records. To assist other office staffs for photocopy, type letter or etc. To entertain guest. To assist, to compile all the petty cash bill for supervisor, manager and director. To answer calls and distribute information. Any other duties that may assigned to you from time to time.
