Below are the job information.

Location : Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur

Basic Salary : RM 2,000 - RM 3,500

Working Hour : 5 working days (Monday - Friday ; 9 am - 6 pm). Need to standby to work on special days if happen on weekend (10.10 sales / 11.11 sales / big holiday)

Requirement:

- Fresh graduates and no experience are encouraged to apply
- Have passion and are willing to learn and work very hard
- Experience in e-commerce industry is an advantage
- Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage

Job Scope Livestream Operation Specialist
- Responsible for executing all day-to-day Live Commerce on Tiktok Shop
- Provide campaign strategy recommendations and offer resourceful problem-solving, both internally and externally
- Create operation plans and other deliverables, and executes operational plan implementation
- Process control and follow-up in the live streaming
- Develop brand awareness and help them to increase their performance on marketplace through live streaming activities
- Responsible for live stream data detection, analysis and optimization scheme
- Cooperate with live stream store operation and later consultation
- Work closely with account manager team for bug reports for any issue happening with the campaign
