Storekeeper (Male)

Perform all store activities such as receiving and inspecting cosmetic condition of incoming goods and issuing goods.
- Ensure receiving quantity in good condition for incoming materials/parts against goods receiving documents, E.g. DO, DN etc.
- Updating stock movements in inventory system and filing.
- Withdraw, issue and transfer stock items that required by user.)
- Ensure all stock items in store are arranged in orderly and labelled at the assigned shelf according to the standard operating system (SOP)
- Perform inventory count by weekly or monthly basis( need or not?)
- Store housekeeping
- Perform storage/ pickup / goods handling
- Issuing materials/parts by first in first out (FIFO) system
- Reject damage items and report to superior
- Maintaining QMS with compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standard.
- Prepare management report for performance review such as KPI, monthly target, monthly performance, yearly performance.
- Conduct stock audit regularly and record data for performance review
- Able to provide solution on store issue
- Work with other departments for better process flow
- Handling for documentation of store, filling and record
- Maintain 5S System implementation
- Any ad hoc task as assign by superior
