Providing customers with plans phasing & estimated dispatch date Following up on stock transfer from factories to warehouse Checking customers loading in weekly MPS and sharing output with customer Getting customers approvals for provisions on any dropped amounts Communicating shipments with logistic team and following up on shipping. Supporting customer in case of any issue related to ships and following up with logistic team Sourcing updates to include any risk or issue happening with a certain Customer during the previous week Accountability of Export Planner Shipment Tracker With basic knowledge of Logistic terms, rules, etc. Provide costing proposal Planning Manager provide solving decision. Strong & accurate follow up with exporting documentation. Liaise with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Control, and Sales Personnel to produce the goods fulfilling customer requirements. Responsible to plan, monitor and analyze operational machine planning, raw material, and inventory control. To coordinate with the customer on commitment plan and delivery plan. To monitor day to day production performance and delivery schedule. To prepare for contingency plans to satisfy customer requirements in the event of an emergency
