1. Visit outlets that assigned from time to time to audit the cleanliness, food quality, services and et cetera.

2. Maintain company's SOP within all outlets all the time.

3. Plans, coordinates and directs training on staff development programs to all outlet staff.

4. Conduct operational training when launching any new products as well as new opening outlets.

5. Handles interview for outlet new hires.

6. Manage and maintain internal training facilities, training material, equipment and records.

7. Innovate and implement other key initiatives to motivate employees of all levels in enhancing the service quality to customers.

8. Ensure that staff is meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

9. Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

10. Willing to be independent with mínimal supervision.

Job Requirement

A. Diploma or Degree in Retail Management or other Business related qualification.

B. Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in F&B industry.

C. Excellent communication and time management skills.

D. Must posses with high integrity and honesty in their job attics.

E. Basic computing skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

F. Own transport is preferred and willing to travel in different states.

G. Good common of language (written and spoken) in Mandarin, English & B. Malaysia.

H. Able to work 6 days per week and able to support the operation after working hours / working days.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
