**Job description**

**1.** ***
- To create and maintain a long-term relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales goals
- Represent the Brand in a positive manner while ensuring recurring business.
- Responsible for assisting customers with choices, assist and providing information about the product in question.

**2.** **KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**:

- Achieve Individual sales and Store sales target.
- Achieve high service standards as per Mystery Shopper score card
- Achieve high retail standard and customer registration target as per score card
- Inventory Integrity, conducting stock counts as assigned schedule

**3.** **KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Business**_
- Achieve company sales goals such as UPT, APT, Incentive etc.
- **Customer Services**_
- Provide professional advice based on the company’s service and image standards, which can meet the needs of customers and solve their problems
- **Visual Merchandising**_
- Assist the manager to properly supervise the visual display in the store (including window display, mannequin costume and product display, etc.) in compliance with the company’s VM standards and guidelines to ensure all the display are neat and beautiful
- Good product knowledge, including FAB/New Arrivals/Best sellers by categories
- **Store Operation Management**_
- Effectively handle and complete daily store operation tasks assigned by manager, such as doucmetn handling, shop maintenance, merchandise replenishment, etc. to ensure the smooth operations
- Be familiar with the store operation manual and clearly understand each store operation process and requirements, continuously monitor and follow up the store

operation process in compliance with company requirements and standards.
- **People Management**:_
- Effectively guide and train new staff in selling, customer service, and store operation skills through knowledge teaching, job demonstrations, partner sells, training arrangements, etc.
- When the manager is not in the store, considering the shop’s manpower and actual situation on the day, make appropriate assignments and work arrangements to achieve the company’s sales goals and complete tasks within a limited time
- **Inventory Management**:_
- Assist in the process of retuning merchandises and stock take, keep the stockroom tidy, ensure operation smoothness and the accuracy of the stock

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
